Leadership Committee
The Leadership Committee consists of four members who guide the organization. Moving away from the co-presidency model, the leadership committee is designed to divide the administrative responsibilities equally and make decisions together as a group with the best interest of AKASF in mind.
Every three to six months one committee member rotates out and a new member joins. The three remaining members stay on to maintain consistency. The committee model was formed to address the concern of personal events and time commitment affecting the initial desire to commit as a leader for an extended amount of time.
